TEAM MALTA INDIAS LIza Caban one of Puerto Rico’s best female young up and coming surfers.

Liza won the Medalla Light Open Series at Hallows last weekend putting her first place in the FSPR rankings. She is looking like a very good candidate to represent Puerto Rico in the Billabong ISA games this summer in Panama.
